New (Free) Stop-Smoking Prep Session
In December 2005 I introduce a free initial session for Stop-Smoking Therapy even though my clients success rate is second to none, because:
I realised over many sessions with clients stopping smoking with me, that I could provide them with an even better service giving added value to their session by:
Finding out a little about them, their smoking habit and the major things in their life at the moment prior to their session (each session is tailored for the individual client).
This allows me to help them to prepare for their session so as not to be nervous about the hypnosis, giving a couple of little tips that will also help to prepare for the session (all free of charge).
This ensures a great hypnosis experienced for all of my clients.
If a person presents to me as a heavy smoker (30 plus per day), or if they have been smoking for many years (20 plus), or if they are experiencing a higher than average level of stress in their life at this time, then I will normally suggest a short foundation/prep session of 50 minutes which is charged at just £35 including CD. This session is all about preparation and is not a hypnotic session. The CD clients take away with them teaches them to relax and distress and lowers their general stress levels before they attend the stop-smoking session about a week later.
I know most clients are successful in staying stopped as I get lots of referrals for smoking and weight loss and other problems from them.
I’ve been providing stop-smoking sessions for some time now and have plenty of experience, and want to give the very best service I can as it leads to more referrals and better press for me as well as a truly excellent experience for my clients…..
There is an added benefit to stop-smoking with me, as I give a stay stopped CD and a relaxation and stress relief CD to clients on completion of their session. These CDs ensure my clients can sail through their first few days as a non-smoker virtually stress free and feeling very positive about being a non-smoker and about life in general.
I really care about the people I work with and want their success as much as they do. I guess I just like people (after all, I am one myself….. a person that is).
